Job Title: Junior Solar Project Development Manager

Position Overview:
As a Junior Solar Project Development Manager, you will support the development of large-scale solar projects from early-stage site identification through to project completion. This is an ideal role for someone looking to kickstart or further develop their career in renewable energy, with the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals and grow within a supportive and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the identification of potential project sites and land acquisition processes.
• Support the preparation and submission of permit applications and liaise with local authorities to ensure project compliance.
• Collaborate with senior team members to monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations in solar energy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, and finance to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible.

Key Requirements:

• A strong interest in renewable energy, with some prior experience or academic background in solar project development or a related field.
• Good understanding of project management principles and a willingness to learn about the solar industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
