They are expanding the team in Berlin and are seeking a skilled Solar Construction Manager to oversee the execution of their solar projects.

Position Overview: The Solar Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the construction of solar projects from the ground up, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in construction management, particularly within the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar construction projects.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, on solar or renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale solar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
