The Opportunity:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge battery storage (BESS) projects, supporting the drive toward a sustainable, climate-neutral future. You’ll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, engaging with grid operators, stakeholders, and municipalities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and coordinate BESS project development.
• Facilitate communication and negotiation with service providers, landowners, and municipalities.
• Review and manage project milestones, documentation, and contracts.
• Collaborate with and support internal and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Streamline processes and optimize information flow for scalability.

Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management within the renewable energy sector (BESS, PV, or wind).
• Familiarity with permitting processes and experience working with authorities and municipalities.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, ideally within the energy sector.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent German (native level) and strong English communication skills.
