As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts and drive growth in key markets.

Position Overview: The Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding their market presence and driving sales of solar products. This role requires a deep understanding of the solar manufacturing industry, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the solar manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, and key accounts.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts with a focus on profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the solar manufacturing industry or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar products, technology, and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
